The design process starts with an initial interview to define the goals and scope of the project. Once the proposal is accepted, one or more site visits are conducted to collect pertinent information regarding existing elements and site exposures to sun, wind and rain. Typically, the landscape package takes 2-3 weeks to develop and includes everything the client needs to begin the installation themselves or entertain contractor bids. A presentation at the conclusion of the design phase thoroughly explains all facets of the project and describes how the project goals have been met.
A quarterly newsletter is emailed to all existing clients. The newsletter contains helpful information on lawn and plant maintenance, featured perennials, and other landscaping-related topics.
